Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear video proof of the unboxing process

The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The sealed outer packaging before opening

  • The shipping label / address sticker on the parcel, shown clearly and readable

  • The condition of the product immediately after opening

  • Any visible defect, damage, or incorrect item

Failure to provide complete and clear video evidence may result in your return or refund request being declined.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor color differences due to screen display

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Swimwear without original tags and hygiene seals intact

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item:
